Which shipping carrier do you use?
- We ship all orders through Canada Post.
What are your shipping rates?
- Free shipping within Canada for orders over $250. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for orders under $250.
- Orders under $250 and all international orders will have shipping calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
Can I pick my order up in-store instead?
- Yes! If you're in Vancouver, you can pick up your order at our 3772 Main Street location to skip shipping fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Do you accept cancellations?
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment by emailing shoponline@frontandcompany.ca. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
