Which shipping carrier do you use?
All shipping is via Canada Post.
What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping within Canada for orders over $250. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for orders under $250.
Shipping rates outside of Canada will be calculated upon checkout. Customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, customs, taxes and brokerage fees that may be incurred.

Can I pick my order up in-store instead?
Yes! An in-store pickup option is available for shoppers in the Vancouver area who would like to avoid shipping charges. Orders can be collected at our 3772 Main Street store.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all shipments please allow 3-5 days for handling and between 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Stat Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders placed during these times may take an additional 2 to 3 days to be fulfilled.
Do you accept cancellations?
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment by contacting us at shoponline@frontandcompany.ca. Please note that once the shipping process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
