RETURN POLICY

Our return policy varies based on item type. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS

All consignment items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. As pre-loved pieces, they may show minor signs of wear. We encourage you to consult our Condition Chart and review item descriptions and multi-angle photos carefully before purchasing. All online consignment items are also available in-store.

NEW ITEMS

  • New (non-consignment) items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.
  • To be eligible, items must be: In original condition, Unused with tags and packaging intact
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, gift cards, hair accessories, socks, and underwear are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTION

BY MAIL

  • Email shoponline@frontandcompany.ca within 14 days of receiving your order
  • We send return instructions and a return confirmation number within 1–3 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

IN-STORE

  • Bring eligible items and your original invoice to our 3772 Main St Store in Vancouver within 14 days of delivery. 
  • If approved, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
