You’re welcome to:
Book an appointment between 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. to skip the wait
Drop by as a walk-in during those hours — we’ll do our best to serve you promptly, though wait times may vary


Appointment Guidelines

To help us provide the best service, please keep in mind:
• Limit 2 bags per visit — no hangers, please
• Stay nearby — item reviews take approximately 15- 20 minutes
• All unaccepted items must be taken back — we’re unable to store or donate them
• Running late? Just give us a call
• Need to cancel? Use the link in your confirmation email


Your Account Information

You can log in anytime to view the latest updates on your consignment account. Your online account reflects real-time activity from both our sales floor and online store.

Please note:
• The "Payout Total" only displays your 40% cash/cheque proceeds
• Prefer store credit? Just shop in any of our brick & mortar shops, including our gift shop — our sales associates will assist you at checkout


Cheque Requests

Need a cheque? Request one through your online account and we’ll have it ready in 3–5 days.


Consignment Agreement

Our most up-to-date agreement is always available online. You’re also welcome to ask any of our in-store team members — we’re happy to help!
